关于用dparsf做分频的分析

您好!

我也想将数据分为不同频段如:0.01-0.027;0.027-0.073...等的方法,来比较看看我研究的对象在不同频段是否有不同的表现。但是我不会编程,不知道是不是可以直接用dparsf在原始数据基础上,重复进行数据预处理,每次分别在Filter那个选项里选择不同的波段,然后用结果里:FunImgARWSCF文件夹里的结果来进行t检验等统计分析呢?

有什么需要特别注意的地方吗?

1. 你在Filter的地方,设置你想要的频段,计算得出相应的指标。2. 将FunImgARWSCF和Results重命名以免混淆。
3. 在Filter的地方,设置另一个想要的频段,计算得出相应的指标。

I have got the result by this way.

I didn't chose to make it caculate the ALFF, so I only got the folder of 'FunImgARWSCF', which is the Filtered_4DVolume. What should we do to transfer thses kind of data to make it suitable for analysis as two-sample  t-test.

Hi Echo,

Filtered_4DVolume is not an output yet but just the filtered 4D volumes, thus is not suitable for two-sample t-test.
